What documents do I need to open an Etisalat business account?
Typically: valid trade licence, passport copy with valid uae visa of the authorised person, emirates id copy of the authorised person, letter of authority, establishment card. Requirements vary slightly by company type and product; we confirm the exact list before you apply and prepare the application for you.
How long does activation take?
Mobile lines are usually active within a day or two once documents are approved. Fibre internet depends on your building's readiness; Etisalat offers express installation in as little as one day for Business Pro.
Can I keep my existing numbers if I move from another provider?
Yes. Mobile number portability lets you bring your existing numbers to Etisalat. We manage the porting request so there's no gap in service.
Do you charge for consultation?
No. Advice and quotes are free. You pay Etisalat's published plan prices; our service is included as an authorised channel partner.
